Default morning check in

I just woke up and had breakfast on my computer.

For now I am okay. Just a very short thought of smoking. Kind of when I woke
up "I am going to get my coffee and have my smoke" when I remembered that I
no longer smoke.

now I am off to clean and prefer our BBQ.

I'll check in later again.

Mmmmm. BBQ sounds good. I hope you have a wonderful smoke free day.

Hey, what's for breakfast?
Maybe you should forego the coffee for a few days, drink some tea or
just juice.
Coffee is a reminder to smoke.
A little change in habits helped me a lot. Have a great weekend.
