Default Nasty Side Effects

I'm afraid one of the nasty withdrawal symptoms has started, and it's
not the libido thing (cfr. http://www.quitbuddies.org/fphase.html )

Isn't it a bit early? I have only quit since five days, haven't really
changed my eating habits, try not to eat more and so far I've
succeeded.

Pfff, I think Second World is in my belly :-|

I've been quit over 3 years.

Last night in bed I 'tooted' under many blankets. The missus
responded in a very negative way saying such things as 'UGH! OH MY
GOD! DID YOU SHIT YOURSELF??? GO TO THE BATHROOM!! UGH! THAT'S JUST
ROTTEN!!!'

Personally, I couldn't smell a thing thru the quiet chuckling.

Have fun with it! Practice 'slow release' ... easier to pin it on
someone else.

Cheers!

I've had plenty of opportunity to ponder this phase.
My theory is that it's due to irregularity or constipation.
I thought it was Chantix, than I thought nicotine withdrawal.
Well 5+ months later, can my body still be adjusting to lack of that
stimulant?

Well, I think you have a point there David. Today I had enough time to
just let it all out (haha..), nothing special to do and when the urge
came I just gave into it. So no constipation, and not a breath of wind
tonight, hehe..

ps: pardon the stupid plays on words, I couldn't resist.

Elisa! The phases show up when they do and there is no firm time
table as to when. As to the pharting stage, some of us have a load of
gas to unleash and others less, but this is still better than
polluting the air with the poisons of tobacco! <G>

I do hope, however, to keep the planet greener, one of us can come up
with a devise to trap the gas so it can be used as an energy source
and not end up as part of global warming...<G>

Haha!
Just pray that the flatulence phase doesn't overlap with the libido phase.
Trust me, it's not a good thing.
;-)

And if it does, keep well away from 69!

File under "Jet Propulsion".

Or maybe JATO, Jet-assisted takoff.
More like JAGO Jet Assisted Get-Off.
The mind boggles at the profundity, and the marvels of Nature.

Rule 1:
If it is done right, no one will notice it over the screaming.

Rule 2:
Kinky: Using a feather.
Perverted: Using the whole chicken.
