Default One more 2008 quitter :-)

Hello I'm going to present myself.
My name's Stefano, I'm Italian and I quit with the new year. I've smoked
for 20 years more or less, up to 30 cigs/year.

So far, I'm going quite well. I appreciate the benefits, more breath,
more energy, etc...

I want definitely go on :-)

Stefano - Free and Healing for 11 Days and 19 Hours, while extending my
life expectancy 1 Day and 5 Hours, by avoiding the use of 354 nicotine
delivery devices that would have cost me ¤ 63,78.

Welcome Stefano, and congratulations on making a brave decision! I
still dread the idea of wandering Italy without a cigarette so I am
especially impressed! Stephanie

Welcome Stefano I have been quit about the same amount of time as
you.... There are a bunch of us that quit either in Dec or Jan that
are trying to come up with a group name. If you would like to join us
or have an idea for a name by all means send your suggestion. We will
be voting on a name within the next couple of days.

Welcome to AS3, Stefano! I am guessing that you have been lurking
here for a bit since your post sounds like it and you already have a
meter running. But, to be sure you get this now instead of later, I
do strongly suggest you read our FAQs which we keep at our unofficial
website, www.quitbuddies.org. They are full of information on
quitting as well as links to many other useful websites. What method
are you using to get smober? Do read and post here as much as you can
as we are here to help!
