Hot 'n' Humid. Pool's at 82F. I went straight in last night after
work. The bakery must have been close to 100F when I finished up.

I now have a helper, a student who's not afraid to work, shows incentive
and is generally just an all-around good sport. She works 4 hours from
the start of the night. Last night I did 204 loaves in 6.5 hours -- A
New World's Bread Baking Record (at least for a bakery our size).
Mrs Android's sister dropped by Thursday evening, unannounced, to help
out. She lost her husband about 8 years ago to pancreatic cancer. He
was in his early to mid-50's. She took care of him at home and knows
the routine and stresses of caring for a loved one. She's whipping my
kids into shape big-time. Not a lady to mess with -- also it seems kids
show more 'respect' to non-immediate family members -- it's no longer
'just my Dad'.

I put together a clip of the pool opening a few weeks ago. The water
was 62F.

Look for a cameo by Molly Moo Cow, my Personal Assista-Cat ;-)
Enjoy.
Cheers & Hugs,
