Default OT -- Some updates and general do-dads ...

Bonjour eh!

We just found out the 30' camping trailer we were interested in is
still available but the price is now a $1,000 less ... the difference
would pay for the yearly site fee. So -- Hurrah! We just need to
contact the owners now (we've been talking with the campground owners
up until now).

Anyone know the process of purchasing a used camping trailer (non-
motorized) ... just buy a licence plate for it? It should be a similar
process whether in Canada or the U.S. I'd guess.

-----

I'm a hero! Guitar hero 3 ... Legends of Rock ... was designed
specifically for my demographic ... Foghat 'Slow Ride' ... Mountain
'Mississippi Queen' ... Cream 'Sunshine Of Your Love' ... Alice
Cooper 'School's Out' ...

Finally getting the hang of the game -- not that it's a struggle to
listen to such classics all the time. Plus it's good for my kids to
experience some classic rock.

-----

More Wii news -- Mrs Marv has finally discovered the adrenaline rush
that goes with playing fast-action first person shooters. With the
Zapper (a machine gun-like controller) it makes aiming and performing
amazing head-shots much easier and intuitive.

Tennis, bowling and golf -- always fun, never predictable who will
win, relaxing.

----

Rain -- it sucks. Snow's melting.

----

Kids are back to school today. I'm off for the full week. Enjoying
my first coffee of the day.

----

Contacting the Community Support people today to offer my Monday
mornings for driving seniors and disabled to medical appts in the
city. I went to the Christmas party in December and saw everyone who
I knew plus many of the people who use the services of the center and
I was hooked again. I really do miss them. I also remember the
absolute joy I experienced when I was there.

----

Life is good.

Cheers and Hugs,
Marvin

You don't need a license plate if it's just gonna sit where it's at. Only if you plan to pull
it on the road. You just need a clear title to it is all. :-)

Glad to read that things are going well with you, Marvin. I do think
that all of the Androids might become Wiioids though at the rate you
keep finding games to play on it! Enjoy the week and I hope your
weather is good. it's in the 50's here which is amazing for January.

Oh, good for you, Marv. I know how much you enjoyed this. Glad
you're going to go back to it even just part time.
