Came at a good time - Very trying for me today - Lotsa helpless
feelings going on in me...and the pull was strong. BUT I'M NOT
SMOKING !!!
I yell at those cravings and feelings..I'M NOT SMOKING !!!!!
I came home for a bit...and came here...
saw that video....and cried.

I'm so glad you didn't give in and the video was helpful. Yes I cried
too. There is no point to smoking.......it tells me lies and wants to
kill me!!!
Stay strong!! It does get a bit easier every day. Deep breaths help
me.
Post often here....If I wasn't posting here I'd be out on the porch
smoking!!!
