| | | So bleeping tired I can't believe how tired I am. I have to go out for a few hours, but I'd
ratehr sleep till the cows come home.
Drum roll - One day, 23 hours, 13 minutes and 12 seconds since I snubbed
out the last stinky cigareet. I'm smelling better. I'm feelling better.
It's a wonderful thing, this not smoking. No good can come from smoking and
so I don't. How about this - 29 cigarettes not smoked and $4.43 not wasted
on cancer stick, and life saved = 2 hours, 25 minutes.

| | | Re: So bleeping tired Donna! I found when I quit smoking I was easily tired. Lucky for me,
my schedule is very flexible and napping was an option. If you can,
sneak in 5-10 minutes when you can as it does help re-balance how you
feel and gives you more energy to get on through the rest of the day.

I felt the exact same way...TIRED! But...I think it is actually a
blessing in disguise. At least it was for me. I went to bed
earlier. I slept in later. All of that extra time sleeping was time
I was not smoking, or, thinking about smoking. It helped
tremendously. For me, the fatigue went away after the first week.
Great job on your quit! Stay Smoke Free!!!

Don't worry, it's perfectly normal and actually a good sign that your
body is breaking the chains. I spent my first 3 days in bed!
Stay strong and weather the storm. Sunny days are ahead.

sleep...then sleep. It's a great way to avoid cravings too!
