Staying in touch AS3

It's been almost 4 years since I quit smoking.
I can't emphasize enough how dear you all
are to me.
I do have lung damage. It would be so much
worse by now.
I love healing and being free.

Thanks for the post, Jacks. I feel very lucky to have quit when I
did. So far I seem to have lucked out with my lungs but I know I was
definitely heading into trouble when I finally got real and got
smober! I do hope your lungs rebound as much as they can and I know
we are both glad we're not out there playing in traffic anymore!
