Yep that's right, ten months for Steve and I. What a wonderful ride it has
been. For us, quitting has been a joyous experience, (except for maybe the
fucking shed). We have had our share of ups and downs, but the few downs
have made the ups that much sweeter. Thanks to all at AS3 who help us every
day. You guys are like our family, and we love you for that. Quitting
smoking can be done, and it really doesn't have to be that bad. Accentuate
the positive everyone, and freedom can be yours!!

missed the shed incident.
