that you are smober and that it feels right, not an endurance test to
be gritted through. I do think you are getting more and more time of
that nature which does help you to realize that, as we keep writing,
'it does get better the longer you are smober'.! Keep up the great
work!

I haven't been particularly supportive of late, but I want to say that
you sure do have a nice meter going there. I have no statistics, but
I'm guessing that your chances of a lifetime quit increase
significantly at 1 month quit. There's just something about it. What
gets people in trouble at that point is complacency. Never let your
guard down.
You're right around the corner to FMD. Keep up the good quit.
