I have stopped smoking for three months!

Three months ago I would have never thought that was possible.

Thanks to Gillian Riley, and all in this Group who have helped me so
far.

Woo Hoo Bozzza! 3M is 1/4OF and a really great start on the road to
smobriety. Certainly we DO feel amazement when we get that far into
the quit but the longer one stays smober the more it is 'real' to not
smoke! Keep on keeping on and and on days, one at a time!

I have not smoked in 8M 2D 1h 23m. That's 246 days! I have not used any
nicotine at all since 9/03/2007.

Three months is terrific! Just keep on doing what you're doing, and it
will lead to a year, then more, then more. Just don't take one puff -
especailly not one.
