Default Up to 6 hours now

Well, it's getting a little harder, so I'm going to bed about an hour
early. Sleep is not an escape as I get up 2/3 times per night to
smoke. The good part is when I wake up I'll have most of a day and
probably 40 not smoked. I have already told my family, poor people
have heard it all before. Addicts are just not good people. But they
try their best to be supportive. For awhile it's going to have to be
one hour at a time, a day is simply too long to get
thru.........Siley Keep fighting the good fight

No smoking for 5 Months, 2 Weeks, 2 Days, 18 hours and 1 minute (169
days). I have saved $477.41 by not smoking 2,546 cigarettes and I have
an additional 1 Week, 1 Day, 20 hours and 10 minutes of my life to
show for it.

Do it a second at a time if that's what works for you! Remember that
every single second, every single minute, every single hour is one
more notch of success on your.... on your..... belt, I guess.

Hang on tight, this rollercoaster ride is exhilerating, scary, fun,
nasty, hopeful and wonderful! You're at the very beginning and the
rest of us are here to help pull you along!

You ARE doing this!
