Yes 2 weeks done!!! Quit has been going pretty good. Been trying to keep
busy and keep my mind of from you know what... Well yesterday out of
nowhere the biggest crave I have had since I quit came. Took me a good part
of the afternoon just fighting it. But I did it and am so glad.... I know
that the nicoteen is out of my system so it has to be the junky thinking at
this point.....

Here's to another smokefree day.

Have a good day everyone,

Cindy

Woo Hoo Cindy! 2 Weeks is great and a good solid beginning to your
smobriety. As you are learning your feelings about smoking can yo-yo
with a strong desire one day and a total abhorance the next day. Just
hang tuff and when the crave is there, laugh at it. Seriously. A
good old fashioned belly laugh. Laughing really does relax you and
you certainly can't smoke when you are doing it. It also raises your
pulse and breathing which is good. So often, as smokers we did not
take deep breathes unless we were sucking on those poison sticks.

So, sit back and enjoy as the Original Yodeling Gnomes are heading
your way with Horace the Huffing Hogg to sing songs of smobriety to
help you celebrate this wonderful milestone!

8 Days - well done. Things can only get better for you now.
I have found it very hard at times, especially when I am tired.
Also I find myself thinking that the quit is temporary and I will be able to
smoke again soon. WRONG!
