Default Yesterday good, not so good today...HELP

Has anyone noticed that the Chantix doesn't work as well the 3 rd
week...or is it just me. I've had 2 'episodes' of this churning
feeling...I guess it's withdrawal. Lasting about an hour each. I
keep hoping that each day will get better..but today feels
worse...HELP>

Quit date was 6/15 - so 5 1/2 days smoke free

Judi, I didn't use Chantrix, but suspect that you are having some
withdrawal anyway. Even if it isn't physical it assuredly could be
mental. You are having to learn to live without smokes and that can take
some adjustments. Your body is also getting more oxygen and not being
subjected to thousands of poisonous substances. Just do not smoke and
things will get better. % days smoke free is a wonderful achievement,
but you are still very early in your quit.

Hi Judi,

Unfortunately, even with a "wonder drug" like Chantix quitting smoking
is still really hard. The cravings you are having would be a lot worse
without the Chantix.

Hang in there...it will get better.....you CAN do this.

Hi Becky,
Today it feels like ranting and raving was all I felt like doing.
Tonight I feel much better. Hopefully, tomorrow will be an even
better day.
I appreciate your support and encouragement...along with the other
people who answered my cry for 'help'...Thanks much, Judi
