| | | Yet Another Smokefree Day Day 18 is coming to a close.I can say I am still just as committed to this
quit as the day I started it.Oh the daily farting and the tendency to want
to go to bed early is a bit annoying, but overall I am pleased with my
decision to stop smoking.I have not had as much fun as I have had in the
last 2 1/2 weeks on AS3 in a long time. I am looking forward to many more.

It's a fun place to be (there are some very funny people here) and I'm
glad you're sticking around and sticking to your quit.
Congratulations on 18 days!!

with a fair wind .Revel in em girl the queen of England does em so
if it's good enough for her.... I remember when I first came off the

hehe!! yeah she defintiely has some stiff competition in the farting
department! LOl. Also still having the sleepiness. I have taken more naps
since I quit smoking than I have in along time. But it is good. My body
obviously needs the rest.

Don't worry about the sleeping, enjoy it! Someone said it's your lungs
rebuilding and spending a lot of energy. I sure like the thought!
I am on my day #25 and let me tell you I only think of cancer stick
maybe 3-4 times a day. Note that I did not use the word "crave", just
"think"! Just for a second or two, no longer!
It really is astonishingly easy right now, I just hope it lasts!
Becky I have a gut feeling that you will never ever put another shit
stick in your mouth!
Just remember the stress-out-of-hell-day a few days ago that you
handlked like a champ and did not smoke!
It was just one of the things that make you say WOW!
