Yes yes yes yes!
We did it! Hubby and I stomped out our last cigarettes exactly 4 years ago!

I just want to say, and I know you've heard it before, "If we can do this,
so can you". We were such addicts! 2 packs a day each!

And if we stayed quit for this long there are definitely many positive
things about being non-smokers.

all the best
Katie

Woo Hoo Katie! When I posted your 4 year milestone this week, I was
thrilled. To learn now that it's a double 4 year quit for you & your
hubby makes me jump up and down. The Square Dance Brigade [of 8] from
the Original Yodeling Gnomes will be appearing with Horace the Huffing
Hogg, calling the dance they will do as they sing to celebrate this
wonderful milestone!

Always happy to congratulate another four-year quitter. We are piling
up quitters in droves. We are the many. I have no idea how many
people are still out there smoking, but this is an invitation to all
of you who are still sucking the dreadful gaspers to join us in the
freedom of not smoking at all, ever, not even one. It's so nice and
clean. It saves you bunches of money. It saves your life.
