I'm new here but I came to learn and ask about Bipolar Disorder.

I was adopted at birth. My biological mother has bipolar disorder as well as one of my brothers. He's 13 and is the child born after me.

I was raised very well.
I've had some family issues around drugs, then my parents divorced. My father and I do not have a good relationship & he tends to be verbally abusive.

I went to a psychiatrist for a few years to deal with this and these problems.
Lately, my biological mother has been on my mind as well as her disorder.
