Does anyone have any nutritional supplements they would like to recommend me? I have a few health issues that run in my family history and would like to begin taking something to reduce my risk if possible? Thanks

My family has a history for prostate cancer and a few have had diabetes. I have read about supplements with Olivamine. Have you heard anything about these supplements for such conditions?
