    Depression is increasing very rapidly in every ones life...but no one knows how to deal and manage their depression as depression is one of the major cause of diabetes and Blood pressure problem. How to deal with depression.
    1. Never take anything more than serious if it don't need serious attitude.
    2. Always be Optimistic towards your relations and most of the problem creates by unknown mistakes of human relations.
    3. Always spend your spare time with the one whom you love or trust more than any one.
    4. Sports play an important role to forget and thing regarding depressions so always use any sports activity to overcome the depression.

    Depression is a very common disease and everyone altest once face a depression problem in life.so you should know how to tackle depression.make yourself busy and don't take anything serious.

    Hello,
    Depression is the root of every disease because of that we can't concentrate in our day-to -day life then the effect of this we suffer from blood pressure
    And lots of blood problems…

    Exercise is an excellent way to activate the body and mind. The Endorphins released during exercise seems to have mood-elevating effects. It is best way to reduce depression.
