Stress can come from any condition or thought that makes you feel disturbed, angry, or anxious. What is stressful to one person is not necessarily stressful to another. Anxiety is a feeling of hesitation or fear. The source of this nervousness is not always known or recognized, which can add to the suffering you feel.Stress is a fact of life for most people. You may not be capable to get relieve of stress, but you can look for ways to worse it.
You might try some of these opinions:
Learn better ways to supervise your time. You may get more done with less stress if you make a schedule. Think about which things are most important, and do those first.
Find better ways to cope. Look at how you have been dealing with stress. Be honest about what works and what does not. Think about other things that might work better.
Take good care of yourself. Get plenty of rest. Eat well. Don't smolder. Limit how much alcohol you drink.
Try out new ways of thinking. When you find yourself starting to lose sleep, try to stop the thoughts. Work on letting go of things you cannot change. Learn to say "no."
Speak up. Not being able to talk about your needs and concerns creates stress and can make negative feelings inferior. Assertive communication can help you convey how you feel in a thoughtful, sensitive way.
Ask for help. People who have a strong association of family and friends manage stress better.

Stress is what you feel when you have to handle more than you are used to. When you are stressed, your body responds as though you are in danger. It makes hormones that speed up your heart, make you breathe faster, and give you a burst of energy. This is called the fight-or-flight stress response.

As a former nurse, I also deal with a stressful situations in the hospital. Because of that I manifest some physical discomforts. But instead of relying to medications or supplements I used the Yuen Method of Chinese Energetics to help me balance my energy. I used this when I had physical and psychological issues and it worked for me. It’s very easy. Just identify your problem, rate the intensity (10 as the most intense), put your awareness in the center, and give the command DELETE. Then you’ll feel the result rapidly. I have had clinical depression for years, and the BEST thing I have found to help keep my moods in check is exercise. Honestly, all of the drugs now a days end up being the cause of death, cancer, and who knows what other diseases. So, I started looking for alternative ways to deal with it, and I found that exercise all but makes it go away! No more mood swings, no more crying over nothing, my stress levels are DOWN and I'm a much happier person all the way around. Not to mention the other benefits of exercise...:-)

Reducing your stress level by having a proper sleep management, drink plenty of water and intake more vitamins. Depression is curable, such treatment like meditation, focus on your self, don't mind the bad or negative vibration. Depression can cause hair loss. Thus, hair loss can lead to depression. The hardest part of the depression is to get help but it's essential.

I do relaxation sessions 2 or 3 times during the day. Relaxing helps me boost energy. I use for this pzizz (android app technology based on sound). Just export a 20 minute energizer session. Close your eyes and let the sounds wash over you. Don’t even worry about feeling energized. Just listen with your eyes closed and relaxed position where you are at the maximum comfort you can be in.

Smile A great way to reduce your stress and depression!!

Stress management is particularly required as one needs time to sort out all activities in the minimum possible time. Managing stress is indirectly managing the work that is on hand, once you plan out the entire schedule and work accordingly there is a minimum chance of falling prey to the stress factor.

Depression may not go at once, it would take time to leave you.

But what you need to do is to make your further plan and you have to do accordingly... don't think what others are saying about you, just do what you have to do further.
