Should I still go get the ct scan?

My doctor reccomended that I go for a ct scan, I've been having frequent headaches and problems with my
memory and some other strange symptoms. I'm not really sure if Its because of deppression/stress or if I have something. Im guessing my doc wants me to get the scan because of my headaches. The problem is my mom doesn't think its worth it. She thinks im just over worrying about things and I probably dont have anything so its not worth getting the scan. I believe shes worried about the radiation involved, im 18 so i hear that it can effect young people. But surely a bit of radiation isnt that bad? Should I still go?

Health is first thing , it is need to maintain it , if your doc recommended for ct scan, it better to do for your health.
