    you can control diabetes with good medicine,good diet and regular exercise.diabetes reduce a insulin from body,so body sugar level is increased.you should eat a good diet without callories and do a regular exercise.

    Hey you may able to control your diabetes with metformin as few months back, my mom got to knew that she is having type 2 diabetes then doctor recommended her metformin metforal and now we people were quite relieved as her diabetes level getting low.

    Diet is best way to control your diabetes.One can improve their health with small changes in their eating habbits. so, its very important to remove the sugar from diet, include high proteins. should not eat bread, cakes, choclate etc

    We can control diabetes if we keep control on diet. Here is some tips which may helpful :_
    Eat only very high fiber complex carbohydrates
    Minimize your fat consumption and restrict it only to plant-based unsaturated fats, such as olive oil
    Reverse your eating pattern - eat your largest meal in the morning and your smallest in the evening
    Do not eat late - it is best to eat your last meal 3 to 4 hours before bedtime.
    Do not snack. What? This is not what popular diabetes treatment recommends, but if your carbohydrate content is complex enough and the other steps below are in place, you will find you do not get hungry between regular meals

    It takes a strict mind set when you want to control diabetes. Keeping in mind that it is important to keep a healthy and active living in order to get normal sugar level. A 30 minute light exercise or even brisk walking in the morning and intake of healthy and nutritious foods daily will be the best approach to easily manage diabetes.

    Take medications prescribed by the health-care professionals properly.
    Do regular check ups.
    Do regular moderate intensity exercises such as swimming, cycling, running, jogging, or brisk walking for 30-45 minutes per day at least five days a week.
    Do not eat simple sugars or sugar containing foods.
    Limit salt intake.
    Limit oily foods.
    Avoid processed foods, fast foods, take away, desserts, and snacks.
    Eat vegetables with more soluble fibre.
    Eat more protein.
    Do not skip meals and you should have a good meal time-table.
    Limit the calorie intake. Do not overeat and eat balanced healthy diet.
    Maintain the body mass index (BMI) between 18.5-24.9.
    Sleep well.
    Manage stress.
    Drink adequate water.
    Control the blood pressure, and cholesterol, if you have any.
    Learn how to look after the skin and feet.
