Total Reversal of Diabetes
Hello,
My name is Darlene West and it has been 4 years since my Doctor removed 'Diabetic' from my medical chart (even thought she had insisted returning to normal was impossible to do). She also suggested I stop losing weight as I looked 'Great!' My husband insisted I share my story with everyone who would listen to let the world know 'YOU CAN TOTALLY REVERSE DIABETES!' My book "How Losing 150 Pounds Changed My Life' details everything I did, my emotions (both positive & negative) and I struggled back to normal and healthy 5.1 blood sugar reading and removed 150 pounds if my 310 pounds 5'3" frame. My story can be found at http:/www.DarleneCWest.com
I would enjoy hearing from you, sharing any details I can. Answer any questions you might have at [email protected]

My brother was being treated for diabetes for 9 years, 3 years ago he moved to Greece, ate nothing but fish and fruit and it now 100% clear
Just thought i'd throw that into the bag

I am amazed! I feel excited at the control of diabetes I've gained without the use of medications, whereas I was so dependent on medications before and had out of control blood sugar numbers......

Weightloss and Diabetes
A balanced diet and an active lifestyle can help all kids maintain a healthy weight. But for kids with diabetes, these things are even more crucial because weight can influence diabetes, and diabetes can influence weight.
Weight issues can affect kids and teens who have type 1 or type 2 diabetes.
You can have a positive influence on your blood sugar and your overall health by choosing foods wisely, exercising regularly, reducing your stress level, and making modest lifestyle changes. Small amounts of weight loss (losing 10 pounds or more) can also have a big effect on how easily you can keep your blood sugar in the healthy range and can help prevent the complication of diabetes. Small amounts of weight reduction can decrease the amount of medication you need to keep your blood sugar in the healthy range. Overall better nutrition, physical activity, and control of blood glucose levels can delay the progression of diabetes and prevent complications.

It's really important to watch your diet nowadays . Of course, a regular exercise and some meditation would complete total fitness in you.

I feel it is very difficult and may happen in rare cases. Or at the most if you are immediately diagnosed for diabetes, and properly change your life style, having full contol on your diet, daily exercise, do walking etc. then it may happen,.but not in every case.

Weath loss and strict diet can make wanders. For example, since Russian health system is strapped for cash (and not just health system) they cure cancer by keeping patients on a draconian diet of herbal soups. Diet does makes wanders.
