B-Vitamins are essential for the functioning of the nervous system, which controls our stress response. Vitamin B for anxiety is therefore important. Our stress response system determines how we feel in the face of everyday stress. The B-vitamin complex is made up of such B vitamins as thiamine (B-1), pyridoxine (B-6), niacin (B-3) and riboflavin (B-2).
When we think of vitamin C, we think of its ability to ward off colds and flu. Its immune system support also helps the stress response system do its job. For anxiety C vitamin is vitally important. It helps strengthen the body in many ways against everyday stress.
To get these vitamins get vegetables, proteins, nutritional diet in your daily food and stay healthy.

Vitamins are one to one supplement to health. Vit 'c' not only treating a particular disease but in combination with other vitamins, it acts as some other reacting agents. These are not medicines, but supporting nutrition for deficiencies in curing some small problems.

Vitamin C is a powerful and effective antioxidant that protects our bodies from free radicals that cause oxidative stress. Excessive oxidative stress, or "cellular rust," can lead to a host of severe medical conditions, such as atherosclerosis that can cause both heart disease and stroke, and is associated with many different types of cancer, including lung, mouth, throat, colon, stomach and esophagus. A higher intake of vitamin C has been shown to fight cataracts by increasing the amount of blood flow to the eye.

well, vitamin C is very essential for the body, and a variety of food contains vitamin C like citrus fruits and their juices such as oranges, lemons, peaches, strawberries, bananas and grapefruit. further foods like Cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, leaf lettuce, tomatoes, potatoes, and beans also contain vitamin C, but it doesn't mean that vitamin B is not essential, vitamin B is also important as vitamin C is. Be healthy, live healthy.

Vitamin C is one of the safest and most effective nutrients, experts say. It may not be the cure for the common cold (though it's thought to help prevent more serious complications). But the benefits of vitamin C may include protection against immune system deficiencies, cardiovascular disease, prenatal health problems, eye disease, and even skin wrinkling.
