Bowel not emptying all the way

I gained 15 pounds about 2 months ago. I've lost about 7 of those pounds and weigh about 160 now. After i lost some of the weight I gained I stared not being able to fully empty my bowel movements. It keeps feeling like the last of it is getting stuck. I can get most out but just at the end it will break off and its like I can never finish. Anybody know what can cause you not to be able to empty your bowl all the way?

Yes definately,don't empty bowel all the time,because it can be dangerous for human body.emptying bowel is not a right way to reduce weight,it can make you unhealthy.

For this purpose I would advise you to consume fiber rich diets. You can also consider taking mild laxatives.
