    As for health, in brief, saturated fats are bad, polyunsaturated fats are less bad. All have tons of calores (relative to other types of compounds) and make foods like cookies and ice cream taste great.

    fat is very dangerous for life.for a healthy life reduce fats.do proper exercise and eat fatless food to reduce callories from body.the major disease like heart attack,liver,stomach problems are related to a fat.

    Cardio is some of the best exercise for fat burning.

    You need to eat your BMR(basic metabolic rate-what you burn by living)

    It's a slow process. The slower you lose it, the easier it is to maintain.
