    Hey everyone!

    This seems like a friendly little discussion group I just wanted to drop this line to say that I am blogging about a fast that I will be doing on November 1st till... who knows. Anyways, I'm in the pre fast stage right now, but I will be implementing superfood powders, fresh juice, distilled water and enemas!!!     Hey Health Nuts!!!

    I'm super excited about the fast starting in TWO days!!! I wanted to let you know that I will be posting summaries of research pertaining to fasting and superfoods throughout my fast on my website.     I'm on day number two of the fast, drinking only distilled water and administering enemas. My first day I did feel hungry, and I had a lot more time on my hands. I spent a lot of the day napping, and reading books on fasting and health. The going trend seems to be that the first few days are the hardest. I am still smoking cigarettes, however, I have read that fasting is a wonderful way to break addictions, so I am looking forward to this habit falling away like an autumn leaf.

    Of my close friends/ family who know I am fasting I have one supporter, and the rest just think I'm mad. I keep getting the same questions, where will you get your protein, what about calcium, and other minerals, won't your body eat your muscle mass for survival? So I'm just going to go ahead and answer those questions right now. I actually won't be ingesting any minerals, including cacium, and i won't be taking in any protein. There will come a point of the fast when I will be required to exert myself more than I have to right now, and when that point comes I will be supplementing my water with spirulina powder and maca powder which are both vegetable powders high in minerals and protein.

    As I have no serious health probelms to speak of, and any doctor would give me a clean bill of health at the moment, I am not in any danger from this fast, even though it is considerable in length. The two things I need to be and am aware of are getting enough rest and breaking the fast in the proper way. First with raw juices, then with soft raw fruits, and so forth. Another thing I need to keep in mind is that I will essentially reverse the effects of the fast rather quickly if I do not make permanent changes to my diet afterward. I am intent on adopting a 100 percent raw foods diet after the fast so that I can keep my lovely body in tip top shape, and not undo any of the wonderful affects I get from fasting.

    I appreciate the support.

    I'm on day 4 now and am feeling pretty good. I think today I will just stop smoking, I've been feeling like such a dirty cheater for doing that, and it really is counterproductive.

    Smoke is one main problem that can destroy your healthy routine, I myself been a smoker for almost a decade. But I stop it co'z the longer I exposed myself to smoking the unhealthier my life could be. I also take supplement when it comes to healthy living I take MX Omega 3 Extra for 4 months now and I really see the big difference.
