There's really not enough information and I'm not a doctor (and you didn't mention any dietary restrictions or illnesses). I can only cite my personal opinion and without knowing much about you or WHERE your fats are coming from, it would be hard to form an opinion on your nutritional intake. Based on what you've written, though, your sodium seems really high to me and your sugars could be lower, although 60g isn't terrible compared to the rest of the country. I would hope that your fats are from healthy sources like nuts, avocados, olives, coconut, etc. I'm not sure about your calorie deficit when it comes to your exercising. Two hours of exercise is considered a lot, so I definitely think more calories may be needed. Have you talked to your doctor about this?

Im getting heaps of pain and discomfort from what seems like tendons, right elbow, left hip, left shoulder

Ive also noticed my fingernails have gone grainy (ridged) and rough for the first time in my life, they break easily and seem really weak.

Ive been working out 6 days, never miss cepting a few with hip flexor problems (1 week of leg work outs) for the last 4 months

What am i missing? I can only assume im lacking something in my diet, im getting great gains, toning nice, gaining size, dropping fatty tissue, guts gone totally now.

Im eating 2-3 bowls of vegies a day, plenty bananas, oranges.
Rice, heaps of chicken, oats with diet yogurts every breakfast.
    Wholegrain breads, wholegrain bars.

I need to get on top of this issue or i can only guess its going to get worse?

    Ideas plz?

Pain in your tendons can sometimes be due to aging. It's natural for mild discomfort in your joints after a long day; however, if your pain is more serious it would be worth it to get a professional opinion. Aside from that, I would say that potentially you are working out TOO much. I don't know how old you are but working out 6 days a week is a lot for more people. Depending on how rigorous your work out routines are you need time to heal your muscles and rebuild the tissue. It's possible you are gaining muscle mass too quick for your joints to catch up and that's why they could be hurting.

My guess is that it's not due to your nutrition but a combined cause of your work outs and aging that is contributing to your discomfort.

Nutrition (also called nourishment or aliment) is the provision, to cells and organisms, of the materials necessary (in the form of food ) to support life. Many common health problems can be prevented or alleviated with a healthy diet.

You give it a right move. It is enough for regular nutrition intake. And the main thing which you do is exercising, best of all.

i think it is enough for good health. If you have any type of doubt then you can consult to the dietitian for better advice

Well you need to be aware about you're eating habits in order to reach goals, that's the bottom line. Read the good books and if you're still confused then you can take help of good websites like Sheffafoods, Healthyfoods and many more to get some important tips.On another note here are some ideas of what foods to eat:
protein- fish, beef, eggs, chicken, turkey, whey, etc.
carbs- wholegrain bread & pasta, brown rice, oatmeal/oats, fruit, fibrous veggies e.g. broccoli, beans, baby spinach, etc.
fats- nuts, flax/fish/olive oil, avocado, sunflower seeds, oily fish, egg yolks, etc.
