    Herbal tea is very good for health.I will suggest you to carry on with your routine. It helps in loosing weight, makes you feel more calm and energetic and It has cleansing properties for the body too.

    thats fine tea is great for you!!!! Especially green tea! As long as your not filling it up with sugar and cream u r goood :-)
