29 yo male 5'11" 165lbs ~16% body fat
This final push to get under 10% I don't know anything about. I jog most days and lift weights in an attempt to change my body composition. For food I juice, take creatine and protien, and try to stick to high protein low carb food. Daily calorie intake is between 1700-2000 calories.
Lifting - muscles get worked twice a week unless they feel tired in which case I give them a break.
Any advice for getting down below 10%?
You have to do exercise regularly.
10% body fat is the lowest level of fat. It is ok but many people want to lose more and take it at 2% or 4%. my body fat is about 12% and lose it at 5% by taking some steps. I did regular work out for 30 mints twice time in a day. totally deny all the junk foods and eat only fresh fruits and vegetables. I eat fruits and boiled vegetable with lots of water. Minimize amount of calories. Increase body activities by staying busy in working activities.
