    Default Anxiety due losing weight..

    Hello!
    My name is Amit..I have been working out in Gym for last 3 years, but sometimes i leave the gym, sometime i join in between years.I also took some Supplements when i began to work out.At that time using supplements, i looked so good by physique but when i left using supplements then i put off my weight and felt so bad.I have been using supplements but after leaving the supplements, i put off weight.Recently, i took Creatine+Weight Gainer+Whey Protine..But Found no constant result after stopping supplements..My Height is now 5'8 inches and weight is 55 Kgs=121.254244 pounds..I am now of 26 years of old and recently i have to join a big company as a Senior level but i feel looks would matter in my case and would restrict me.I look like a 18 years old young men due to my bad physique..please get me out of this issue..

    Anxiety may be a cause for weight loss because anxiety effect on a mental health as well as in physical health.You problem is very similar to others that take supplement before start a exercise and when they left taking supplement.they lose some weight.my personal advice for you to take a weight gain supplement but also eat healthy diet like fruits,vegetables,if you want to get good health.

    Hello,

    It is true that if you work out in gym & leave in between it affects the body, Specially when you are using supplement. It gains & reduces body weight all is just imbalanced. But is is not possible to afford gym every time even we can not make our body habitual of gym & machines. My idea is to use of natural ways like walking, swimming,cycling etc. With this normal exercise do have vegetables, green leaves etc.

    If it is question of of look like 18 yr old then put on weight by eating Banana & milk daily. This helps to increase weight. Try to improve your personality.
