    The most important things to be fit and healthy that don"t miss your breakfast.Do exercise regularly or 3 or 4 days must in a week.you should take heavy breakfast ,normal lunch and light dinner .

    Every living organism on the earth, whether it is in water, in the air or on the land, requires oxygen. The process of taking and using oxygen and the organs involved in the process are collectively called and studied under the term Respiratory system.     If you want a fit system,then you need to follow a respectable diet program and do a physical work out.without work out your can't live fit and healthy.provide full vitamin,protein in your system.do other work out like running,walking,swimming,cardio etc rather than pushups.
