    UPS is a temporary solution that provides sufficient power to enable the safe shutdown of device. It is mandatory to make a more careful choice while buying a used UPS system than a first-hand one. About time uoy can spend 2-3 hr daily.

    If you want a fit body,then you need to follow a good diet plan and do a regular exercise.without exercise your can't live fit and healthy.provide full vitamin,protein in your body.do other exercise like running,walking,swimming,cardio etc rather than pushups.

    I work out for 1 hour regularly, and practice meditation for half n hour, it helps me to get positive energy throughout the day and I feel very relaxed.

    Commit to train with someone else, even if you are not training together. You are more likely to go to the gym, and the healthy camaraderie can really influence your session positively! Earlier in the day I had arranged to meet my colleague in the gym for a training session. We generally do our own seperate program, but it is still beneficial to be in there training at the same time. I always feel a little more energised knowing she is lifting some iron too and putting effort into developing her strength. This is important. I was deadlifting on this particular session, and it was week two of four in a phase of training more geared towards intensity (heavier weight, less reps, increasing load each week).

    Be ready to take a take a step back.
    Spend time in characteristics.
    Serve Others.
    Never reduce the kid in you.
    Always be versatile.

    Do Daily practice to increase your time. start with 5 to 6 minutes. Daily increase 2 or minutes. that will helpful to you. watch this video

    Balance your workouts

    Make sure you don't just work certain parts of your body and neglect others. Here are the tips to getting your workout balance right.

    If you do a pushing movement such as a push-up, match it with a pulling movement such as a chin-up or row.

    Do a mix of high-intensity cardio and strength training. Add in some core and flexibility work. A good workout can include all this in less than an hour.

    Don't favour the upper or lower body. Work both areas hard every workout.

    Stop drinking & smoking (if you do this regularly)
    eat fruits and vegetables & vegetables all you can (buy a meals /rice cleaner to make it easy on you)...(vegetables might not seem "tasty", like trash meals,, but can be as you obtain your taste to them..and are packed with energy and nutrients)...avoid all unhealthy meals, cokes, candies, etc...and stay hydrated . If you eat beef ,,use only steamed, cooking or cooked methods for preparing fish or poultry.

    key points to remember:

    Keep your body stiff and straight as a plank
    Elbows at a 45-degree angle from your sides
    Breathe in on the way down
    Lower your body all the way down, allowing your sternum to gently touch the floor

    Cardio are best practice for maintaining fitness level. Running, swimming, jogging, walking, cycling, push ups are so amazing exercises. They increase stamina and improve aerobic process. The time and frequency of workout are also important for achieving fitness level.

    Fitness is very important to every person i suggest to fit for daily exercise for example gym, morning walk, cricket is very important role to the fit person, i also play to the cricket and go the gym for exercise that reason i am very fit and i suggest to the every person to these actvities include to the daily basis and thus they are always fit.

    I downloaded a couple of push-up apps on my Android. They help me a lot to follow to a system.
    The only trick is that you need to be consistent!

    pushup would only strengthen your shoulders. you can do an average of 25 pushups in two sets. You can also go for pull ups as they would help you in strengthening the lower abdominal muscels.

    You could spend a lot of time and burn the calories by doing various activities which includes stretching, jogging, weight training, swimming and jumping. Puch Ups are a popular strength-training exercise because they use your own body weight for better resistance.
