    How can we fit our body for a long time. because I have heard that the exercises fit well till we do exercise but when we stop exercise, we lose our fitness.
    so, give me tips or suggestions to keep the fitness for a long time.................

    I don't think you can maintain your fitness unless you keep exercising regularly. Just a fact of life I'm afraid.

    Hey man fitness comes from your deliberate effort, being young and juvenile you should try to cop with gym and exercise. If not than their are diet pills and energy capsules available which can also be tried. But be careful as it may carry side effect too

    Hi abhinav,
    I agree most of the people left exercise and diet program after reducing their targeted weight and start gaining weight after few months.
    To avoid gaining weight we must continue exercise and having diet plan to maintain our weight.

    Yes, yoga and exercise is better for good health. but difficult to continue.
    I want to suggest for jogging it is simple to continue. And by doing this we fit our body for a long time obviously.
