I want to lose 7 to 8 kg within 3 months; what should I do?

I want to lose 7-8 kgs in the coming 3 months. .. I am doing workouts, walking and exercises daily, but not getting the kind of result as I want. Can anyone please guide me?

it's better to have less for supper, and do not eat anything 3 hours before going to bed. Do excise regularly, and take less calorie, for example, don't take much sugar, if you do like sweet things, you can take stevia instead, it is sweet and calorie free

Having less or no supper works for me. So does staying away from sugar. I'd like to add - drink a lot of water. Good luck.

If you are dieting properly, (eating right, and taking your vitamins) you might want to try taking a supplement called CLA, if you continually take it for a couple of months it will help you lose a couple of extra pounds.
CLA is a natural supplement found in milk. Hence their recent advertisement slim down with milk. but if your have a lactose problem like me, you can't drink milk. so CLA is a great alternative.
Also make sure you eat 4-5 small meals during the day, this will help keep your metabolism up and keep you full.
when you do exercise are you measuring your heart rate?

I personally wouldn't look at it in terms of I want to lose x amount of kilos.
This is because once you start exercising your body will put on muscle, muscle being heavier than fat means that you are actually losing more fat than the scales are showing you.
Do it as in I want to lose say 2 inches from my waist in 3 months, as your body will change shape and you can then tell how much you are losing fat wise.
You can then say I've lost 2 dress sizes rather than 8kg which as my women friends tell me is better.
But I would say to keep your fat level around 50grams a day, carbs down to 200grams and do 45mins worth of exercise 5 times a week, as you body will then not convert excess carbs to fat and your reduced fat intake will mean you will still be giving your body some fat that it naturally needs but also telling it to use up some of your fat reserves.
This should also stop your body from going into famine mood, where it naturally stores food as fat when your body is taking less food in, basically dieting.
Bare in mind a 45min brisk walk is actually better than a 20min run and some sports scientists actually class it as the perfect work out as you keep your heart in the fat burning range for a longer time, but also use most of your body. I know that SAS troopers will do it on there rest days to keep their fitness up, but it also allows their body's time to heal, and build muscles from 5 days of insane work outs.

Follow what jay said and also you should realize fat muscle weighs more than fat. You should measure waist size rather than overall weight.

I think the key to weight loss is having a scale and using it everytime you go to the bathroom. That's the best way to tell immediatley if the weight is going up or down and by how much. If you don't see improvements you can exercise a little more and go on an even stricter diet. It's not easy but with a scale it makes you realize what is happening.

Exercise, exervise and more exercise. That is the key to your well-being. It relieves stress and makes the days more enjoyable.

Do what everyone above said but take care not to consume less than 1200 calories a day if you're a girl or 1500 calories a day if you're a boy, or your metabolism will most likely go into hibernation mode making it very hard to lose weight and very easy to gain weight back.

Try changing your diet... lean meats and whole wheat. Replace breakfast with a smoothie, and have a smoothie as half your dinner. 
Also, make sure you burn more calories than you take in. Try to do a lot of cardio and work up a sweat when you do

What you eat is very important to how well you are going to be able to lose weight. I am a very active person, so I try to eat as well as I can. Complex carbs are very good for you and fruit and vegetables are a must.
Try to cut out as much sugar and processed foods and simple carbs as you can. Exercise is important to losing weight and staying healthy. I do a variety of cardio and weights to burn fat and tone muscle. Inorder to lose weight, the best way is to walk a lot and have lots of fruits. I have read many times that drinking lemon juice early morning also helps in reducing weight. I had tried that and it was effective.

Pamella it sounds god that you are doing workouts and exercises..but also try to low you calories intake..eat low fat foods...do some dieting,i hope you get the effects.

don't worry you are doing good.do your exercise regularly and eat beneficial diet.if you really want to weight loss then first of all change your diet plan.eat light foods like fruits and vegitables.drink more water.
