Hey all
For years I have had puffy nipples...they are plump and stick out from my chest in a weird way. Last year I talked to my doctor about this, and after checking the area out, he told me I didn't have gynecomastia and the area was just loaded with fat. Now I have lost about half my original weight since then (about a year ago), although I still have a bit of a belly and man boobs.
I am definitely going to continue with my exercising of course, but the nipples haven't changed a whole lot since then. I have had the mindset that I should probably not judge the state of my nipples until I have lost more belly/chest fat...is this a pretty sensible thought to have?
