What's the secret to daily exercise. I used to enjoy exercise....now I go for a week or two then quit for a couple of months. Any suggestions as to how to maintain a regular schedule?

The most important is to have a clear view of what you want. For me its I want to take care of my body, stay fit and relief myself of stress.
Ask yourself why you want to exercise. Have some clear goals and a little dicipline. You thank yourself later.
I think more DISCIPLINE is needed for succes. To have a belive. With DISCIPLINE we can do anything. The start maybe is difficult and hard but the succes is the pleasure.
