    Default weight loose exercise

    I am bit healthy. I want to reduce some weight within 2 months. Some of my friends suggested me to go with weight loss pills but i am bit scared of these pills. I want to loose in a natural way like some exercise.I want to know about the best exercise to loose weight?

    Hello,
    I suggest you some tips for lose weight fast.
    1.Drink plenty of water.Water is not just way to get rid of out toxins but if you have more water in your system you will generally experience healthier and stronger.
    2.Begin your day with a cup of water. As soon as you awaken, drink down a cup of cool water. It’s a wonderful way to begin with you day and you only need a less quantity of your breakfast take in after that.
    3.Drink a cup of water before you begin the meal. Water naturally needs some space so that you experience larger.
    4. Eat clean berries instead of drinking liquid. Juice is often syrupy but fruit have natural sweets. When you eat clean berries, you are taking in a lot of fiber, which is needed by the body

    I suggest you to do yoga on regular basis.and drink plenty of water. Try to keep yourself busy with work.Take deep breath while on working.

    Yoga ,great .At least walk 30min per day and control food .miracle will happen

    Exercise is very imporant,if you want a weight loss.running,walking,swimming etc are a good exercises for weight loss.eat a light foods and do a regular exercise for weight loss.

    For loosing weight, exercise is important but you have take care about your diet.
    Calories with food & junk food are responsible for weight gain.
    So, increase intake of healthy food & fruits in your diet.

However, to effectively lose or maintain weight, some people may need up to 300 minutes a week of moderate physical activity. You also can do a combination of moderate and vigorous activity. The guidelines suggest that you spread out this exercise during the course of a week, and sessions of activity should be at least 10 minutes in duration.
    Strength training. Do strength training exercises at least twice a week. No specific amount of time for each strength training session is included in the guidelines.

    Weight loss pills is very harmful for your body.I just recommend you not to use the weight loss pills.Just use running early in the morning.It is a great exercise to reduce your weight.

    The best way to lose weight in a natural way is that: first of all you watch your diet and check your diet for any fats and things you have been eating, 2ndly you start doing some exercise or you can join some gym.Believe me I have reduced my weight with this process and now I am a fit person.

    First thing I just do not take too much calories.Guess what happens with it if you do, calories that are not burnt make you fat!

    Secondly I am doing exercise workouts that my gym instructor suggested me to do.And that is how I am burning excessive calories stored in my body.

    Losing weight should be a long term journey. Short term weight loss, or more than a couple of pounds is not healthy and ultimately you will gain it back.
    You can find exercises and food logs online, but truly sustaining healthy weight and fitness takes a plan, a support system and diversity in your training and diet.

    Weight loss is a tricky topic. Lots of people are unhappy with their present weight, but most aren't sure how to change it - and many would be better off staying where they are. You may want to look like the models or actors in magazines and on TV, but those goals might not be healthy or realistic for you. Besides, no magical diet or pill will make you look like someone else

    1. Eat vegetables to help you feel full.
    2. Drink plenty of water.
    3. Get tempting foods out of your home.
    4. Stay busy -- you don't want to eat just because you're bored.
    5. Eat only from a plate, while seated at a table. No grazing in front of the 'fridge.
    6. Don't skip meals.

    Drink lots of water, burn more calories than you consume in a day, eat healthy and lots of running while mixing in some lifting.

    For a person to lose 2 pounds per week, they probably would not want to consume more than 1750 calories per day (healthy stuff of course).

    I have reduce my belly fat in only 1 week. You can also loss your weight in in only 2 weeks. I follow these tips regularly for 1 week...

    Permanent routine of exercise
