Sounds crazy but Vaseline then put saran wrap over them with socks to hold that on. Or there is a cream called Elta or Eucerin. Get all of it from your pharmacy walgreens has it but you may need to ask for it. Good stuff. I use to work for a dermatologist and that is what he did for that problem.

IT doesn't. It is true and it has worked for me very well.
I would however visit dermatologist once just to do regular checkup.
