    Hi, was just interested to know what sort of women's fitness classes there were to choose from, suitable for someone who's wanting to tone up and get into shape? thanks

    women"s should do exercise daily.Walk is the best exercise.Eat healthy-food .Avoid the fry things,rice,sweets and bakeries things.Drink eight glass of water in a day

    Consume a selection of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains every day.
    Limit foods and drinks high in calories, sugar, salt, fat, and alcohol.
    Consume a balanced diet to maintain a wholesome weight.

    To maintain optimum health and keep your body strong, it is recommended that at least two of these tips be incorporated into all women's health and fitness
    1. You don't have to be Superwoman.
    2. Focus on your successes.
    3. Put weights before cardio.
    4. Don't overdo it.
    5. Keep an eye on your heart rate.

    In additional to it eat green and healthy vegetables avoid tea & coffee.

    It easy to maintain weight, exercise daily , take healthy fruits & food .
    avoid to take junk food, junk food are difficult for digestion & because of this it create a problem.

    Walk is the best exercise for women. they should do exercise also.. take good food
