I defer to your experience in colouring books, and can't account for
your taste. De gustibus non est dispuntandum, after all.

I was tossing this on the table to get some input like 'This can`t be
done - in this study muscle syntesis topped out at 2lbs/week' or ..
'This guy has the obvious look of a nandrolone user - look at this
telltale physical feature'... or 'look, the study he cites has been
discredited from the following reasons...'

It certainly goes against my way of doing things, that's for sure. For
all I know, the two pictures may have been taken two years apart, and
after becoming a walking pharmacy.

Well, hope your ballistic trainees are recuperating nicely, and Feliz
Primero de Mayo.

Let's just color you a blue rectangular tin can, with a picture of minced
ham on the side.

You should be ashamed of spamming the site that links to your other "paid"
sites with eBooks and other crap!

I'm ashamed to respond to a barking doofus. I'm also a bit ashamed of
liking chunky girls. And I liked Madonna back in the 90's, when it was
certainly not cool. Oh, and Bon Jovi.

But I´m not that guy. I´m taller, better looking and better undressed.

Ever see the Penthouse and Playboy pics of Madonna from whenever? THAT
is one hairy broad. No ass, too. (Not a good thing.)

And have you seen her sisters? I'm no Brad Pitt, however Mad's
seesters are Mad Oogly!

Um, two cents.

Good luck with the whole geek to freak thing. ;o)

"1. Follow Arthur Jones' general recommendations for one-set-to-
failure from the little-known Colorado Experiment, but with lower
frequency (maximum of twice per week) and with at least 3 minutes
between exercises."

Ha! He says "the little-known Colorado Experiment." Obviously not
little-known to Jones fans, but, yeah, okay.

He should have titled the blog more accurately with something
like...

How I starved to 146 lbs. in frigging Buenos Aires and then quickly
gained weight after returning to the US (and MY REFRIGERATOR)!

Yes, I can hear him now:

"The end result? I gained the ability to shave the hair off my chest
and roll up my underpants while losing my pasty white complexion in 28
tanning sessions."

Wtf? I thought there was sun in Buenos Aires.

Fwiw, I liked this blog better:

aka http://tinyurl.com/2nhful

Ymmv.

That's what I thought too. I also gained 30 pounds in a month when I
moved from South America to the States. For me that was going from
120 to 150, but the idea is similar.

They have winter in South America. It just happens during the night
time or something...

HIT is well known for inducing huge amounts of hypertrophy. At the
height of his muscularity I hear that Mentzer was all natural and
training just once every 6 months.

Mentzer isn't dead. He's simply waiting for his next workout, due in 2017.
