Front raise it is. Could it also be an upright row? But if he's calling a
side raise a side lift, it probably is a front raise.

I don't think it's that, or Pete's suggestion of a stairmaster; those are
both cardio exercises, and Bjoern is talking about doing sets of reps,
which suggests weights. Plus, stairmaster is hardly a back exercise,
unless you're talking about your backside.
Rather, i'd guess he means pullups or chinups. I think "climb trains"
means "an exercise you do to train for climbing", and that certainly fits.
Plus, it's an obvious back exercise he doesn't list elsewhere.

Too many isolations, and too much redundancy - i'd drop the raises and do
upright rows, drop the triceps kickback and do dips, probably drop the
shrugs altogether, not bother doing both types of rows, and so something
for my hamstrings (Romanian deadlifts, probably). But what do i know.
