Default 9/11 Conspiracy Theory

the obvious reason that it is patently ridiculous to suggest that the US
govt was involved is that too many people would have been involved and
keeping the secret would be impossible. If you were the president would you
trust your life to a technician who would be laying the charges around the
towers? We are talking first degree murder and you can bet Bush, Rummy,
Condy etc would not be risking their lives - sticking their necks out. You
would have to be stupid to believe in a conspiracy theory no matter how the
bldg imploded etc.

The same goes for the stupid theory that NASA staged the moon landing. Far
too many people involved to keep a secret.

That is why I don't bother responding to those threads. There
certainly would be people who would refuse or want to tell someone
about it. And how many of those people could live with killing
thousands of their own people.

BTW a strategy the terrorist use to pull an advanced plan is to limit
the information each person knows. So for instance the guys high
jacking the plane might know only that. And with only the pilot
knowing the final destination the others carry out their mission
without interference. The conspiracy theories I have heard are far
too complex to pull something like that off.

Yes I heard that's the way they operate - small cells and no one has the
big picture -
