ab toning belt

I found an ab toning belt at https://www.slendertone.tv/vcc/slend...ertone/320870/
and wondering if anyone has tried this and what the result was.

If there are any other belts, can you share your experiences with
them?

Don't waste your money. They are useless. The whole idea was
discreditied decades ago.

I don't see those on tv anymore. Years ago they were on every minute
and I guess after a few people bought them and realized they don't say
what they promised they all must have gone out of business. I guess
every now and then one pop up to see if we remember.

They don't work. Toning is building muscle while burning the fat.
How effective do you think that belt can have on tearing your muscles
so they can repair themselves to build your muscles. I don't think
these belt can rip anything much less a muscle.

Yes, it is true, when i did my degree in sport and exercise science,
we discussed them... studies show them to be useless, unless you are
bed-bound for example in coma patients. Ab-cradles were also looked
down on unfavorably for creating neck related injuries. I still see
them in gyms, but always warn my clients away from them. well
performed crunches are far superior.
