You don't know how to ask. First you need to give people a direct link to
this routine. Like so:

Then you should find a way of putting a hot babe somewhere there, just for
advertisement purposes. Let's say like: "Oh, an there is a picture of this
girl who supposedly trained with ABC routine. IMNSHO she's way to skinny,
but still hot, isn't she?"
(And a direct link to a picture, of course)

Then, as an icing on the cake you should spark some controversy. Let's
say: "Gee, that's the funniest title I've seen for the last several
minutes! ABC real simple! Oh, boy, that's the most complicated "real
simple" system I've seen today!".
Then you'd have way more answers. Mostly nonsense, of course, but what do
you expect? If you are just an amateur trainer it really doesn't matter
all that much how you train. What matters is your consistency, nutrition,
how well you can sleep and if you can keep the injuries at bay. Beside
that most stuff will work, at least for a while. If you are a competitive
lifter trying to squeeze another pair of wheels on the bar, you have no
business asking us. We have no idea. Sorry.
