Default Abdomin training.. seriously

Hey guys, i was wondering what your abdomen training was.. Most people
will say 1X a week.. Or 2 X a week. That wont cut it! If you are only
doing abdomen training 1-2 times a week you arent doing ANYTHINTG BUT
BENDING YOUR WAIST. Youre fooling yourself.

To even begin to be serious about haveing real 6 pack abs you have to
train at least 4 times a week, really intensly.

If you are thinking about doing the same 2 or 3 ab exercises 3 times a
week you are wrong. One ab exercis that ivfes learned from bruce lee
is the flag.. Sit on your bench with your back almost towards the
bars... put your hands on the bars and use your strength to lift your
body off the bench 8-10 times at about 85-90 percent

But the real deal is if your talking about ab exercises youd better be
damm serious in this day and age, there is only a few who are really
into fitness.

But from what i understand your best bet is to do it, intensely, for
at least 30 minutes.. 5 times a week.

Hell.. do bruce lee training.
