Default amazing recovery of migraine

Migraine is an illness in the part of head, but headache is not real
migraine. It sometimes starts with hungry feel although the one has
already eaten, and then the one also feels too weary. Besides, the
sufferer feels his/her eyes sparkling like firefly, teeth chattering,
and nervous.
Here are probably some suggestions:
What should do to minimize the risk of migraine?
• When head pain is light, avoid desire to do massage. Although it
help, this massage is only temporary pleasure and not good in long
term.
• Avoid sleeping with arm as the pillow, on couch or armchair, or on a
too high pillow that makes neck bends badly.
• Avoid such habits of massaging shoulder, neck or head parts, except
by the expert. This makes light dislocation and headache.
• Avoid such habit of fracturing neck, unless when exercising and
after a proper warming up. Important nerves and the blood vessel are
located in that area.
• Avoid such habit of fracturing neck suddenly. The habit is a
temporarily pleasure and has no scientific basic can be justified.
• Stop consuming medicine if you feel that you get addicted.

What should do when you are too late having migraine?

Okay, I will try not to fracture my neck before I warm up.

So fracturing your neck slowly is okay? The pleasure of a fractured neck
lasts longer that way?
