Since I'm old, and apparently my forebears saw fit not to produce a
lot of kids with old men and introduced it into my genetic makeup, I
was prescribed
Androgel for a low T-count.
Obviously the purpose of the prescription was to return me to the
realm of normal 45 year-olds without my deficit. Which would give me
no particular advantage in putting on muscle.
This sounds like an area where MFW might be able to help out. I'm no
student of steroid use, so I have some questions.
Firstly, my impression is folks that use steroids are trying to go
overboard in T supplementation, so that wouldn't map to a guy just
getting back to baseline. Am I correct here? When people use steroids,
are they actually pushing their T-count into the stratosphere?
Secondly, and more important, is there some info on whether folks like
me can ever get back to baseline endogenically? Could using things
like HCG or Tribulus help out?
Thanks

PS - kid in my choir (he's actually 26) just set a PB benching 30
pounds more than his weight. Not competition-worthy, but got the fire
in the belly going - so I'm hitting the chest-work much harder. I'm
about 20 pounds shy of benching my weight. Eat eat eat.
