Default Anyone try David Zinzenko's "The Abs Diet"?

Is this just another one of those books that really does nothing or
does it work?

It's Zinczenko. And most things work given consistent effort.

Yes Curt BUT, it will take the weight off and "kill" you also.
I did it for 6 months and loved it but my cholesterol went out of site.

I find that difficult to believe.

The Abs Diet was the only variable that you added to your daily
routine? Nothing else could have caused a cholesterol spike?
