Awe Sh---t Kidney Stone Maybe

I think, maybe, I hope not that I may have a kidney stone.

If so this will be my third. I have been having pain in my right kidney for
6 weeks, I thought it was because I drink a lot of PepsiMax one day but I
have not touched a cola in a month.

I think I'll go to the kidney place tomorrow and have an ultra sound and see
what I have.

Staying out of the gym today.

No fun. I think they do ct scans for that these days - how did you get rid
of the other 2 stones?

I can't take die because of the diabetic med's

I put Ben Gay and my weight belt on to see if it helps.

Starting ice water as much as I can drink right now.

It's 86f here, eat your heart out guys. It'll be 94 this afternoon.
